Returns

Damages and Issues: If the item arrives damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@nextwavenails.com.

To complete a return, you must meet the following conditions: 1. The product has not been used. 2. Provide timely photos and other evidence. 3. Retain the original packaging. 4. No late than 14 days

Size Style&Color: 

Due to hygiene reasons and the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns for such issues. Each of our products is photographed in detail, and there may be slight variations due to the handmade process and lighting conditions. We appreciate your understanding. 

We kindly advise you to thoroughly review your order and choose your size according to our size guide before completing your purchase. We suggest that if you are unsure of your size, you can add a note when placing your order requesting a size sample. We recommend purchasing a small quantity of products initially and confirming your size before making a larger purchase.

Exchanges

Aside from size issues, we currently do not offer any exchange services. For size-related concerns, if you have purchased a product and requested a size sample but find that the size is not suitable, we will provide a free exchange service. However, please note that each customer is allowed only one exchange, and the maximum number of items that can be exchanged is two.

Refund&Cancel

If you need to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, please contact us promptly. Refunds will be processed within no more than 5 business days (depending on your payment bank's processing time). Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours, as your nails are likely already in the production process. If it has been more than 24 hours and we have not yet shipped your order, you can still contact us to discuss cancellation based on the actual situation.
